JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for setting aside the order dated 11.06.2013 by which his P.D.S. license has been cancelled. The petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without providing a copy of the enquiry report, which has caused prejudice to file effect reply.

In the result, this application is allowed. The matter is remitted to the licensing authority to proceed afresh after giving a copy of the enquiry report.
