The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 683 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that while his driver was taking fertilizer on his tractor / trailer to Jagdishpur, on the way, his driver had stopped the tractor to ease himself and had gone to the field in question for the said purpose, however, in the meantime, unknown miscreants had taken away the tractor/ trailer.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

No.44918 of 2022(3) dt.31-01-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail, after framing of charges by the learned court of 9th District and Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No. 683 of 2021, inasmuch as it has been alleged that while the petitioner was arrested in connection with Lauriya P.S.Case No. 10 of 2022 and had made his confessional statement, two tractors including the tractor of the informant were recovered. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
