Petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2019 in a case registered for the offence under sections 304B/201 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that informant's daughter was beaten to death by the petitioner, who happens to be her husband. He secretly disposed of the dead body. In view of order of this Court dated 2.9.2019, report of the learned Sessions Judge,Khagaria dated 5.9.2019 is on record which reveals that this case is likely to be concluded within six months.
In that view of the matter, petitioner's prayer for bail is rejected.
If the trial is not concluded within nine months, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail.
