====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.2.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Rosera cancelling his PDS license bearing License No.06/2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while cancelling the license, the licensing authority had not followed the departmental guide lines dated 12.9.2012 as contained in Annexure-7.

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal. In case, such an appeal is filed, the delay in filing of the same may be condoned as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. It is expected that the appeal would be disposed of within four months from the date of its filing.
