Mr.Arun Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Rosra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(1), 303(2) and 352 of the BNS, 2023.
3. The specific allegation against petitioner no. 2 is of inflicting knife blow, causing the informant to suffer injuries on the left side of his neck. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he assaulted the informant on the head with farsa.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48010 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 case and counter case. He has also submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and are under custody since 26.03.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, are directed to furnish bail bonds and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Rosara in connection with Rosra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
