The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 427/2017 dated 24.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have abducted the 14 year old daughter of the informant. The F.I.R. further indicates that in the past also, the petitioner, though a neighbour of the informant, has been troubling the daughter of the informant. The daughter of the informant was recovered from the house of the sister of the petitioner, where she was taken by the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
