JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner was apprehended on account of having made house trespass in night and then, given knife blow over the informant as well as his wife while she intervened to prevent further assault over the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant happens to be a contractor of mobile tower while petitioner happens to be labourer and he had gone to his place to demand his wage and during course thereof, some hot discussion took place as a result of which this false case has been filed. Apart from this, it has also been submitted that victims have sustained simple injury.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61861 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail is rejected.
