This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 820 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 352 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the parties has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 146 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
