2. The petitioners have moved the Court being aggrieved by the order dated 24.07.2015 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in Appeal Case No. 30 of 2013.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the case to enable him to move before the State Appellate Authority.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within one month from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be heard on merits and disposed off in accordance with law, within three months from the date of filing of the appeal.
