The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 417 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a), 32(iii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question and she has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 07.07.2021.
