====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death. Allegation against the petitioners, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, is of killing the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-inlaw of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45641 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 property and they are not concerned with family affairs of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners are simply victims of over implications. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14258 of 2025. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that husband of the deceased in already in custody, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P. S. Case No. 69 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
