Grievance of the petitioner is that order dated 26.6.2014 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1999 of 2014 has not been carried out.
Learned counsel for the Board has drawn the attention of this Court towards order dated 13.2.2015 from where it appears that the Secretary of the Board has passed the order with respect to payment of subsistence allowances but it has been held that petitioner is not entitled to difference of salary. As the order has been passed by the Secretary of the
Patna High Court MJC No.106 of 2015 (4) dt.04-07-2017 Board this application does not survive.
Accordingly this application is dismissed. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may approach before the appropriate authority.
