Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A),376(c),506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2020.

Allegation is of commission of rape against a minor girl.

The report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that charges were framed on 10.02.2021, however, due to Covid effect, prosecution witnesses have not been examined. Let the learned Trial Judge conclude the trial within nine months.
