Second supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 annexing copy of the office order no.331 dated 27.6.2016. It has been stated that on the directions of the Police Headquarter the petitioner was found entitled for second ACP in the grade pay of Rs.4200 (pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 + grade pay 4200) and accordingly BMP-16 Force order no.331/16 dated 27.6.2016 was issued. In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance for entitlement of second ACP with respect to BMP-16 has been redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14495 of 2013 (12) dt.15-07-2016 In such view of the matter, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
