2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 20.06.2023 passed by Addl. District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Ara at Bhojpur in POCSO Case No. 103 of 2020 arising out of Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 by which learned Judge dismissed the application of the petitioner.

3. From the impugned order, it appears that petitioner is trying to delay the trial. The evidence has been closed and the case is pending for argument. In these circumstances, this kind of frivolous petition filed by the petitioner has been rightly rejected by the court below.
