The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 41/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is being submitted by learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has only been named in the confessional statement of the co-accused because of enmity. He further submits that the petitioner is a student of Physics (Hons.) and has passed graduation in 1st Class.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2041 of 2021(3) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 41/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
