The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2017 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.48 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named only on account of enmity with the family members of her late husband, who had been found dead on the railway track with multiple injuries and also because there is no further material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
