Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandi PS Case No. 48/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 307, 504/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have fired upon the informant due to which he sustained injury in the stomach.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to money dispute. He further submits that the FIR is improbable inasmuch as in the night at about 2:00 AM, it is very difficult for the informant to recognize the petitioner along with others as to

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner in the FIR and the informant has sustained gunshot injury, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after completing 1 1⁄2 years in custody. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) perwez U T
