In this case, the petitioner is seeking regularization of service, claiming that he has been working since 20.09.1998 till date on daily wages basis.

The Court cannot give any direction for his regurgitation. However, whenever the Collectoriate, Sitamarhi, goes for selection of class-IV employees in terms of 2010 Rules, by preparing a panel and if the petitioner applies against that

While preparing the panel for appointment of class-IV employees, the competent authority must consider the experience of the petitioner for the period he has discharged the duty as daily wages employee.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
