JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in K.Hat PS Case No. 669 of 2017 registered under Sections 387 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that demand of extortion of ten lakh rupees was made from the informant by mobile No. 8677845544. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the so called recovery of the mobile and SIM was made from the petitioner because he runs a mobile shop.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the police recovered the mobile and the SIM from the possession of the petitioner from which demand of extortion was made. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
