1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner prays in the present writ application for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) for commanding the respondents authorities for making appointment of the petitioner on the compassionate ground because his father died in harness in course of service as Choukidar in Goh Police Station, District- Aurangabad. The petitioner further prays for a direction to the respondent

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one another writ petition, filed by the petitioner, for grant of death-cum-retiral benefits of the father of the petitioner, i.e. the one bearing C.W.J.C. No.10249 of 2021 has already stood dismissed by a judgment dated 23.12.2022 and thereafter, an appeal has been preferred, bearing L.P.A. 307 of 2023, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities, for consideration of his case for compassionate employment, in case he succeeds in the aforesaid appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
