JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 In the present case, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail taking into account the settlement arrived between the parties. The said agreement entered between the parties in the Mediation Proceeding No.449 of 2016 was incorporated in the order dated 02.03.2017.

It has been pointed out that para 8 of the agreement has wrongly been typed due to inadvertent mistake. Para 8 of the agreement be read as follows :

"The parties will withdrawn the Case No.415 of 2015 Chandra Vijay Prasad Singh Versus Bharti Kumari, Case No.1075(C) of 2015 Bharti Kumari Versus Chandra Vijay Prasad Singh, Case No.103 of 2008 Chandra Vijay Prasad Singh Versus Pranab Kumar."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37311 of 2016 (5) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 The order dated 02.03.2017 stands corrected to the extent as indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the court of J.M., 1st class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1075(C) of 2015.
