2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 326, 307, 385, 120(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons called the father of the informant and assaulted him variously with fire arms etc., 6 injuries have been found on the body of the victim. Petitioner is one of the accused. Petitioner is not said to have assaulted the father of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned senior counsel for the informant Shri Vindhyachal Singh have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Narpatganj Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
