The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 153 and 295 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. From the possession of the petitioner body parts of calves were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S.
