The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No.121 of 2018 registered under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar, who happens to the owner of the alleged vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54321 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.121 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
