2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2023.

4. As per prosecution case, the petitioner was caught preparing to commit dacoity.

5. Considering period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46295 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Katihar in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Barari (Semapur) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
