Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Alamganj PS Case No. 113 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 365 and 370 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that 14 years old niece went missing along with her friend of 12 years old girl and the police recovered her from the train along with the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner was living in the lodge of father of Priyanka Das and both girls asked him to accompany them to Delhi and he is a labour.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that this petitioner was caught red handed while taking the two minor girls of 12 years and 14 years and apprehended by the GRP Police in the railway boggie at Mughalsarai station and the girls in their statement have stated that the petitioner had enticed away both of them for selling them in Delhi.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J.) Snkumar/- U T
