Petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 38(i), 38(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that three accused persons have been granted bail today in Cr. Misc. No. 42853 of 2019 and this petitioner was one of the accused in the same case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Aurai P.S.
