JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 324, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of Dabiya.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury is simple in nature and there is land dispute between the parties.

Heard learned APP, who has submitted that petitioner has already been given the benefit of Section 41(1) of Cr.P.C. and he has not misused the same as per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.
