2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 574 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 307, 353, 120(B) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Damage of Public Property Act.

3. Allegedly, the local people keeping dead body of one Atal Kumar, blocked the road. The police official proceeded to maintain the law and order but the local people protested and created hindrance in discharge of their official duties.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no such occurrence has taken place.

5. The petitioner have clean antecedent and the petitioner undertakes to pay Rs. 10,000/- in a charitable

6. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

8. The petitioner is directed to donate Rs. 10,000/- in the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Nala Road, Patna before furnishing his bail bonds and bring a receipt of the same at the time of furnishing his bail bonds. The Court below before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner will verify the genuiness of the receipt brought by the petitioner and if the same is found to be genuine then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the Court below.
