2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6948 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks. However, due to the non-availability of train tickets, and as the petitioner is working in Delhi, he could not surrender before the Trial Court within the stipulated time. Hence, the present modification application has been filed seeking an extension of time for surrender.

3. In view of the explanation made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied, as the reasons appear to be unconvincing and lacking in credibility.

4. Accordingly, the present modification application is hereby rejected.
