Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, some other persons assaulted to the husband of the informant, as a result whereof, he died. One of those persons, namely, Ramesh Sahni @ Ramesh Mukhiya has already been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.07.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 20331 of 2017. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Hence, he has got a case of better footing for regular bail based on Ramesh Sahni @ Ramesh Mukhiya. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58099 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Singhia Police Station Case No.09 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
