2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 172 of 2024 (arising out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024) registered for the offence under Sections 452, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established physical relation with the victim who is also a major.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR has been registered after a delay of about two years.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2025.
6. Considering the fact that the victim is a major, the delay in lodging the FIR and the fact that the present is a case of consensual sex between two consenting adults, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Spl. Judge (POCSO)-cum-District and Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 172 of 2024 (arising out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024).
