2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police parties reached the place of occurrence and found the petitioner throwing his sack. On search, 50 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the alleged sack.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as also the fact that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents, the petitioner above-named is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 , subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
