The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case no. 303 of 2017, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the written report of informant Md. Faruque Shekhra, Raniganj P.S. Case no. 303 of 2017, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code against seven unknown miscreants. Further submission is that in course of investigation one Chandra Kishore Mandal was apprehended on the basis of the C.C TV footage, who disclosed the name of this petitioner, except the confessional statement, no any tangible material has been collected against the petitioner and the petitioner has no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 303 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
