2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amas P. S. Case No. 80/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 300 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2024. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the backdrop of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court-V,
