The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter-case. In fact, the case lodged by this petitioner is prior in time. This petitioner has also alleged that the informant side has caused injury as per Annexure-4. The injury on the head of the informant has been found simple in nature as per Annexure3 to the present application. The petitioner has no criminal history. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposed the prayer for bail.

No.88 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Babhundar Yadav, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
