2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payments of the bills of the petitioner submitted in connection with supplies of various articles made by the petitioner pursuant to orders, in all amounting to Rs. 52,131/-

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent authorities from which it is apparent that the claim of the petitioner is under dispute as the materials had been supplied after considerable delay of one year and seven months and that too the goods supplied were of substandard quality.

4. Having regard to the nature of dispute between the parties involving disputed questions of fact, this Court is not satisfied to grant

Patna High Court CWJC No.13523 of 2013 dt.29-09-2015 relief to the petitioner in its writ jurisdiction. The writ petition stands dismissed.
