2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56405 of 2021(7) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 behalf of the petitioners that dispute between the parties has been resolved with the intervention of learned mediator, whereafter opposite party no. 2 entered into an agreement on 06.10.2023 (Annexure P/6) for separation as well as settlement of criminal case against one time payment of Rs. 11 lakhs.

3. It is submitted that in view of aforesaid compromise, petitioner/husband paid three bank drafts to opposite party no. 2 for a sum of Rs. 11 lakhs. (DD No. 425958 for Rs. 3 Lakhs, DD No. 425966 for Rs. 3 Lakhs and DD No. 426008 for Rs. 5 Lakhs respectively).

4. The aforesaid fact also approved by learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2.

5. In view of aforesaid compromise, petitioner/ husband seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing petition, which has not been objected by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

6. Considering aforesaid, the present quashing petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise, as discussed above.
