1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria(Chitragupt Nagar) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 475, 170 and 171 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel Mr. Viveka Nandsingh appearing for the petitioner are that all the alleged offences mentioned in the FIR are triable by the Court of First Class Magistrate and against this petitioner there is simple allegation of having impersonated himself as a police sub-inspector but there is no allegation that by impersonation he had cheated anyone and moreover, against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44934 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 him the investigation has been completed. Further submissions are that the petitioner is a young person and he has been languishing in jail since 01.03.2023 having fair and clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, considering the above submissions and mainly petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and the completion of investigation against him as well as his custody period, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Khagaria(Chitragupt Nagar) P.S.
