JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-02-2015 This writ petition, by way of public interest litigation is filed challenging the decision taken by the District Administration, Sitamarhi to construct a school building at village Bathnaha. It is stated that the proposed building is far away from the residences of the students and that despite the objections of the Aam Sabha, the location is not chosen.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. We have perused the record. Initially, through order dated 02.08.2012, this Court expressed doubt about the nature of the litigation. It was mentioned that the dispute is between two
Patna High Court CWJC No.12899 of 2012 (7) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 rival groups regarding location of the school building in the village. The other order disclosed that the school building was constructed and approach road was also laid.
We do not find any merit in this writ petition. Therefore, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
