JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30190 of 2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed and there is no direct allegation against him and further he is in custody since 2.3.2017 and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him if bail is granted.

Heard learned APP for the State.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.85 of 2018 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 643 of 2017, arising out of Motipur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) he will co-operate in trial and appear in court as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
