JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 for an offence under sections 384 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the order dated 22.11.2017, a status report was furnished by the learned A.C.J.M.- VI, Gopalganj. From perusal of the same, it appears that in the instant case on 28.11.2017, charges have been framed.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Gopalganj, in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 with condition that the
