JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 246 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. the brother-in-law, father-in-law of the husband of the Bhagini of the informant and his father along with other accused persons taken the daughter of the informant along with them and she is still trace-less.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against the husband of the Bhagini and his father. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. During the investigation, it has came that the petitioner is a married person.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41155 of 2019(5) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 246 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he has to co-operate the police and appear before the police as and when required.
