2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) for quashing of the order dated 16.04.2014 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna (respondent no.2) in Land Dispute Appeal No. 231 of 2013 by which the Respondents had arbitrarily dismissed the appeal of the petitioner.

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) commanding the respondent no.4 not to

Patna High Court CWJC No.15167 of 2014(3) dt.19-01-2026 2/2 make any construction regarding the disputed land which is at present Gali (Rasta) of all the family member of petitioner.

(iii) for any other relief/reliefs applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Mr. Ravi Prakash, on the instruction of Mr. Purshottam Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
