2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 140(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting the victim boy who is the boyfriend of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2025. He further submits that one of the co-accused Md. Sahil has been granted regular bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38330 of 2025 dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43824 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 25.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
