2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 118 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the brother of the victim. He is said to have assaulted the victim with a sharp weapon causing grievous injury on the head.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 118 of 2025.
