This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mednichauki P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me an order dated 25.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40391 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused person namely, Ravindra Rajak @ Rabbu Rajak, has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1677 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 25.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40391 of 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Lakhisarai, in connection with Mednichauki P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
