JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 20.01.2013 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Madanpur P.S.Case No. 28 of 2013 whereby cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been taken against them.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of
