2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 657 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4), 111 of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused are alleged to have committed loot in the informant's jewellary shop on gun point.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2026.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
